Gaelen has over three decades of investment experience, including top leadership roles at some of the country’s finest asset managers. Specifically, Gaelen was most recently the Chief Investment Officer at Sentry Investments and prior to that, the Chief Investment Officer at Empire Life.

Currently, Gaelen is a director of MCAN Mortgage Corporation, a publicly listed mortgage investment company, sits on the boards of the Art Gallery of Ontario and the Ontario Arts Foundation, and advises family offices, endowments and foundations on their investment management activities.
